Find the hinge position
Record the seat and back lengths separately, plus the location where the lounge bends. Overall length alone does not describe how a cushion should fold on an adjustable frame.
Check attachment and clearance
Photograph the frame with the back raised and lowered. Note where ties or straps could attach and whether the cushion could interfere with the adjustment mechanism.
Plan repeated seating as a set
For a row of loungers, confirm whether every frame is the same model. Group measurements by model and decide on fabric direction, piping and thickness before ordering multiples.
